Antique stone wall on the northside of the front courtyard is all that remains of the a 19th century opera house destroyed by a fire in the early 1900's. The building was re-built and used until 1925.

The professionally landscaped front courtyard requires no mowing. The sedge (in spring bloom) is a low maintence ground cover.
